Coach Patricia (a.k.a. “Mama Reeves”) has been involved with fitness her whole life, coaching functional fitness for 3 years, personal training for 10, and group fitness for over 30 years. She is our founder’s mom (hence the nickname!) and literally coached fitness while she carried Ryan in the womb! In addition to coaching the Performance classes at SBP, she is a fitness instructor for various other gyms (teaching Spin, Strength, Les Mills Body Pump, Pilates, Water Fitness, Cardio Kickboxing, etc.) and a Personal Trainer. She holds her CrossFit Level 1 certification, as well as AFAA Group Exercise certification, AFAA Personal Training certification, and several group exercise certifications including Les Mills and Maad Dog Spinning. Her enthusiasm is hard to miss, and her programming for the Performance classes is infamous for it’s “burn!” It’s not surprising, then, that her favorite moves are wall balls and burpees (I mean really! Loving BURPEES?)! When not working, you can can Mama Reeves spending time with family and sometimes enjoying her favorite cheat meal at the same time — mint chocolate chip ice cream!
